1. We decree the exposing and uprooting of hidden wickedness and compromise.

4. We decree a cleansing flood of the blood of Jesus over St. Thomas and this nation.

 Declarations Over the Churches in St. Thomas

1. We declare that the churches of St. Thomas will be filled with 

the power of the Holy Spirit, bringing transformation and healing to 

the community.  

    Acts 1:8 - "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is 

come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me..."


2. We proclaim unity among the churches, as they come together 

to worship and serve the Lord.  

    Psalm 133:1 - "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren

 to dwell together in unity!"


3. We declare that the message of love, acceptance, and forgiveness 

will flow from every church, drawing people to Christ.  

    John 13:34 - "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one 

another; as I have loved you..."


4. We proclaim that every church will be a beacon of hope and light 

in the darkness,  leading souls to salvation.  

    Matthew 5:14 - "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on 

a hill cannot be hid."


Declarations Over the People of the Island

1. We declare that the people of St. Thomas will experience a deep 

hunger for God and His Word.  

   Matthew 5:6 - "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after 

righteousness: for they shall be filled."


2. We proclaim healing and restoration over every individual, as they 

find their identity and worth in Christ.  

    Isaiah 61:1 - "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the 

Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek..."


3. We declare that the hearts of the people will turn toward God, 

rejecting sin and embracing His righteousness.  

    Ezekiel 36:26 - "A new heart also will I give you, and a new 

spirit will I put within you..."


4. We proclaim joy and hope over the residents of St. Thomas, as 

they rise up in faith and unity.  

   Nehemiah 8:10 - "The joy of the Lord is your strength."


Declarations Over the Economy

1. We declare that the economy of St. Thomas will flourish, bringing 

prosperity  and abundance to every household.  

    Deuteronomy 28:12 - "The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, 

the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season..."


2. We proclaim that businesses will thrive and create job opportunities 

for the people of the island.  

  Proverbs 10:22 - "The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he 

addeth no sorrow with it."


3. We declare that the island's resources will be managed wisely 

and used for the benefit of all.  

   Proverbs 21:5 - "The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness..."


4. We proclaim economic stability and growth, as creativity and 

innovation arise among the people.  

    Ecclesiastes 11:6 - "In the morning sow thy seed, and in the 

evening withhold not thine hand..."


 Declarations Over Government Leaders

1. We declare that our government leaders will seek wisdom and 

guidance from the Lord in their decisions.  

    James 1:5 - "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, 

that giveth to all men liberally..."


2. We proclaim integrity and righteousness among those in authority, 

leading with justice and fairness.  

    Proverbs 29:2 - "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice..."


3. We declare that our leaders will prioritize the needs of the

 people and work towards the common good.  

    Philippians 2:4 - "Look not every man on his own things, but every 

man also on the things of others."


4. We proclaim unity and cooperation among leaders, as they

 work together for the benefit of St. Thomas.  

    1 Corinthians 1:10 - "Now I beseech you, brethren, by the 

name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing..."


Declarations Over the Security of the Island

1. We declare peace and safety over the island, protecting every

 resident and visitor.  

    Psalm 91:1-2 - "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most 

High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty."


2. We proclaim that violence and crime will diminish, as 

the presence of God fills our streets.  

    Isaiah 54:14 - "In righteousness shalt thou be established: 

thou shalt be far from oppression..."


3. We declare that law enforcement will operate with integrity 

and effectiveness, ensuring the safety of all.  

    Romans 13:4 - "For he is the minister of God to thee for good: 

but if thou do that which is evil, be afraid..."


4. We proclaim a spirit of cooperation among community members, 

working together to ensure safety and security.  

   Ecclesiastes 4:9 - "Two are better than one; because 

they have a good reward for their labor."


 Declarations Over Justice and Rule of Law

1. We declare that justice will prevail in St. Thomas, ensuring fairness 

and equity for all.  

    Isaiah 1:17 - "Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, 

judge the fatherless, plead for the widow."


2. We proclaim that the rule of law will be upheld, protecting 

the rights and freedoms of every individual.  

    Psalm 89:14 - "Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne:

 mercy and truth shall go before thy face."


3. We declare that those in positions of authority will act 

with honesty and transparency.  

  Proverbs 21:15 - "It is joy to the just to do judgment: 

but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity."


4. We proclaim a restoration of trust in the justice system, 

as it operates fairly and impartially.  

    Micah 6:8 - "He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; 

and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly..."


Declarations for Revival

1. We declare a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit across St. Thomas, 

igniting revival in every heart.  

    Acts 2:17 - "And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, 

I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh..."


2. We proclaim a hunger for God’s presence, stirring a desire

 for prayer and worship among the people.  

   **Scripture:** Psalm 42:1 - "As the hart panteth after the water brooks, 

so panteth my soul after thee, O God."


3. We declare that lives will be transformed as individuals encounter 

God’s love and grace.  

    2 Corinthians 5:17 - "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new 

creature: old things are passed away..."


4. We proclaim that the fire of revival will spread from the 

churches to every corner of the island.  

   Jeremiah 20:9 - "But his word was in mine heart as 

a burning fire shut up in my bones..."


 Declarations for Refreshing from the Presence of God

1. We declare a refreshing wind of the Holy Spirit to sweep across 

St. Thomas, renewing hearts and minds.  

   Acts 3:19 - "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that 

your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing

 shall come from the presence of the Lord."


2. We proclaim peace and rest over those who are weary 

and burdened, as they find solace in God’s presence.

heavy laden, and I will give you rest."


3. We declare that the joy of the Lord will fill the hearts of the people,

 leading to renewed strength and hope.

4. We proclaim that as the presence of God is sought, 

lives will be transformed and renewed.  

   Isaiah 40:31 - "But they that wait upon the Lord shall 

renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles..."


Declarations for Repairing the Old Waste 

Places of Intercession and Prayer

1. We declare a resurgence of intercession and prayer 

throughout St. Thomas, as hearts are ignited to seek God.  

    Isaiah 58:12 - "And they that shall be of thee shall build the old 

waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations..."


2. We proclaim that prayer groups and intercessors will rise up, 

standing in the gap for the island.  

   Ezekiel 22:30 - "And I sought for a man among them, that should make 

up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land..."


3. We declare that the spirit of prayer will sweep through homes, 

churches, and communities, fostering unity in seeking God.  

    1 Thessalonians 5:17 - "Pray without ceasing."


4. We proclaim that the effects of fervent prayer will be seen in our land, 

bringing about change and transformation.  

    James 5:16 - "The effectual fervent prayer of a 

righteous man availeth much."


Declarations for Men to Take Up Their 

Rightful Place in the Community

1. We declare that men will rise as leaders, founding 

strong families and communities grounded in faith.  

    1 Corinthians 16:13 - "Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, 

quit you like men, be strong."


2. We proclaim that men will take responsibility for their families, 

caring for their wives and children with love and honor.  

    Ephesians 5:25 - "Husbands, love your wives, even as 

Christ also loved the church..."


3. We declare that men will seek God’s wisdom and guidance in their

 roles as fathers and community leaders.  

    Proverbs 4:7 - "Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom:

 and with all thy getting get understanding."


4. We proclaim a spirit of mentorship and accountability 

among men, as they support one another in their journeys.  

   Titus 2:6 - "Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded."


 Declarations for the Prosperity of the People

1. We declare that the people of St. Thomas will experience 

financial breakthrough and prosperity.  

    Deuteronomy 8:18 - "But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: 

for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth..."


2. We proclaim an abundance of resources and opportunities 

for every individual and family.  

    Philippians 4:19 - "But my God shall supply all your need 

according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."


3. We declare that the people will work diligently and reap t

he rewards of their labor.  

    Proverbs 14:23 - "In all labour there is profit: but the

 talk of the lips tendeth only to penury."


4. We proclaim a spirit of generosity, as the community 

supports one another and invests in the well-being of all.  

    2 Corinthians 9:6 - "But this I say, He which soweth 

sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth

 bountifully shall reap also bountifully."


Declarations for Righteousness Exalting in the Island

1. We declare that righteousness will prevail in St. Thomas, 

bringing glory to God.

seek righteousness and live in His ways.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 (KJV) - "I exhort therefore, 

that, first of all, supplications, prayers, 

intercessions, and giving of thanks, 

be made for all men; For kings, and 

for all that are in authority; that 

we may lead a quiet and peaceable 

life in all godliness and honesty."


 "The heaven, even the heavens, 

are the Lord's; but the earth He 

has given to the children of men" 

(Psalm 115:16 NKJV)



1.Pray for the Governor to lead with wisdom and integrity  

James 1:5 – If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God  


2.Pray for the Lieutenant Governor to support 

governance with strength and discernment  

Proverbs 2:6 – For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding  


3.Pray for Commissioners to make decisions that benefit the people  

Proverbs 11:14 – Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety  


4.Pray for Legislators to enact laws that promote justice and righteousness  

Micah 6:8 – He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly  


5.Pray for the Education Department to foster learning and growth  

Proverbs 4:7 – Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom  


6.Pray for Principals to lead schools with fairness and compassion
