God’s Dream

Introduction:

What Is a Dream?

A dream is…

A divine seed planted in the soil of your spirit.
“Do not despise the day of small beginnings…” (Zechariah 4:10)
God often starts with: a whisper, a vision, a burden — and grows it into a movement.

A dream is…

A spiritual blueprint revealed through prayer and fasting.
Dreams are birthed in intimacy.
Before action comes consecration.
A dream is…
A call to action wrapped in divine timing.
You don’t just dream — you rise and build.
Faith without works is dead.
A dream is…
A partnership with heaven to impact earth.
God is a dreamer.
His dream began with one(Jesus) — and now billions follow Jesus.
In 2025, approximately 2.6 billion people worldwide identify as Christians.
In the United States: 73% (about 213 million Christians)

1: God Is a Dreamer

Jeremiah 29:11 — “For I know the plans I have for you…”

God’s plans are not random — they are intentional, redemptive, and generational.
His dream includes salvation, purpose, and transformation for every soul.

2: Jesus — The Embodiment of God’s Dream

John 3:16 — “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son…”

Jesus was sent as the fulfillment of God’s dream — to redeem and restore.
He trained 12 disciples to carry the dream forward — this is - multiplication by impartation.

3: The God Dream- The Dream Empowered

Acts 1:8 — “You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you…”

The Holy Spirit is the fuel of the dream — He empowers ordinary people for extraordinary impact.
From 120 in the upper room to 3,000 souls — the dream was multiplied through Spirit-led action.

4: The Dream Multiplies

Revelation 7:9 — “A great multitude… no one could number…”

God’s dream began with one — now it spans: nations, tribes, and tongues.
Your dream, like God’s dream, may start small but it is destined to multiply!

5: Your Dream Matters

Habakkuk 2:2-3 — “Write the vision… though it tarry, wait for it…”

God has given you a dream — write it, pray it, live it.
Don’t give up. Find those who believe in your dream and run with it.

6: Intercession Fuels the Dream
Scripture: James 5:16 — “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective…”
John Knox was not a parliamentarian, yet his prayers reverberated through palaces and parliaments.
He carried a dream—that intercession could shape nations, confront tyranny, and legislate righteousness. So potent were his petitions that Mary, Queen of Scots, confessed, “I fear his prayers more than the combined armies of Europe.”
Knox believed that prayer could go where he could not—into chambers of power, into hardened hearts, into the future itself - and history shifted.
Your prayers carry that same spiritual weight.
They can draft unseen legislation, rewrite cultural narratives, and unlock destinies.
Intercession isn’t passive—it’s prophetic activism.
Dream boldly.
Pray fiercely!!

My dream is God’s strategy for revival.
