13th (Monday) - 25st (Saturday)- 2025

DANIEL Intermittent FAST:
FAST
BEGINS Monday 13th January 2025 and ENDS Saturday 25th, January 2025)
Purpose of Fast: “Pray for the Spirit of Unity in the Body of Christ. Pray for Revival, Restoration, Refreshing, Salvation of Souls, Multiplication in the Body of Christ, Community Awakening to the things of Christ.

14 days FAST found in Daniel 1:12-17:
12 “Please
test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and
water to drink.
13 Then
compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and
treat your servants in accordance with what you see.”
14 So he agreed to this and tested them for
ten days.
15 At the
end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the
young men who ate the royal food.
16 So the
guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them
vegetables instead.
17 To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds.
MENU: What you may Eat and Drink on
the Fast
BREAK-FAST:
Drink water,
Turmeric tea, Dandelion teas, green-tea, local herbal teas and other healthy
teas. Black COFFEE but without sugar only zero calories’ sweeteners.
LUNCH:
Salads: to include red/purple cabbage, red onions, raw
garlic, garlic, lettuce, walnuts, almonds, tomatoes, carrots, celery, beets,
pickled foods, capers, broccoli, cauliflower; etc.
Dressings: olive oil or avocado oil, pink or
sea salt, black pepper, a teaspoon apple-cider vinegar, onion and garlic salt.
Drinks
Drink lots
of water and healthy teas.
Fruits: Ripe bananas, mangoes, grapefruits,
oranges, papaw, all berries, kiwi, pineapples, apples, grapes, pears,
watermelon, pomegranates.
DINNER
Eat before
7pm: Non-Meat soups, TEAS at NIGHT:
Ginger, Peppermints, mints, Chamomile and/or lavender herbal teas.
Vegetable Soups: also recommended. Soup with no meat.
*No
sweets, no treats*

Prayer Points for 2025 Prayer and Fasting
Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name.
1.Pray for Fellow Believers
- Pray for the strength and unity of fellow believers.
Ephesians 6:18 - "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people."
2. Pray for the Elders of the Church
- Pray for wisdom, guidance, and strength for the elders of the church.
1 Peter 5:2-3 - "Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock."
3. Pray for the Ministers of GLC (Global Life Church)
- Pray for the ministers' protection, wisdom, and effectiveness in ministry.
2 Corinthians 9:8 - "And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."
4. Pray for the Pastors of GLC
- Pray for the pastors' spiritual strength, vision, and leadership.
Hebrews 13:17 - "Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you."
5. Pray for the Apostles of GLC
- Pray for the apostles' guidance, protection, and divine inspiration.
Ephesians 4:11-12 - "So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up."
6. **Pray for Household Salvation in St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands**
- Pray for the salvation of households in St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands.
Acts 16:31 - "They replied, 'Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.'"
7. Pray Against Senseless Deaths from Homicides
- Pray against the senseless deaths of our sons and daughters via homicides.
-Psalm 91:7 - "A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you."
8. Pray for Government Leaders, Commissioners, Police Officers, and First Responders
- Pray for wisdom, protection, and integrity for our government leaders, commissioners, police officers, and first responders.
1 Timothy 2:1-2 - "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness."
9. Pray for Spiritual Access and Acceleration in 2025
- Pray for greater spiritual access and acceleration in 2025.
Isaiah 60:22 - "The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly."
10. Pray Against Satanic Restrictions
- Pray against satanic restrictions in your life, family, and church.
- **Scripture**: Isaiah 54:17 - "No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me, declares the Lord."
11. Pray for New Beginnings
- Pray, "Lord, do a new thing in me, my family, my church, etc."
Isaiah 43:19 - "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."
12. Pray Against the Spirit of Fruitlessness
- Pray against every spirit of fruitlessness in your life, church, finances, etc.
John 15:2 - "He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful."
13. Pray for Anointing for Fruitfulness
- Pray for an anointing for fruitfulness in your life, church, and finances in the name of Jesus.
Psalm 1:3 - "That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers."
14. Pray for the Enlargement of Your Coast
- Pray for the enlargement of your coast and territory.
1 Chronicles 4:10 - "Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, 'Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.' And God granted his request."
15. Pray for Forgiveness
- Pray for forgiveness of our personal and collective sins as God’s people.
2 Chronicles 7:14 - "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
16. Pray for Cleansing from Unrighteousness
- Pray for cleansing from all unrighteousness in our lives.
1 John 1:9 - "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."
17. Forgive the Sins of Our Fathers and Leaders
- Pray for God to forgive the sins of our fathers and leaders.
Nehemiah 9:2-3 - "They stood in their places and confessed their sins and the sins of their ancestors."
18. Unity Amongst People
- Pray for unity amongst the people in our nation.
- Psalm 133:1 - "How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!"
19. God’s Kingdom Come
- Pray for God’s kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth, in our nations, communities, and lives.
Matthew 6:10 - "Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven."
20. Against Hatred and Violence
- Pray against the spirit of hatred and violence. Ask God to root out evil and fill hearts with His love.
Proverbs 10:12 - "Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers over all wrongs."
21. Against Terror Groups
- Pray against the plans of domestic and international terror groups. Ask God to frustrate their plans and bring them to justice.
Ephesians 6:12 - "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."
22. Justice for the Murdered and Oppressed
- Pray for God to execute justice for those who have been murdered or faced injustice.
Amos 5:24 - "But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!"
23. Pray for Peace
- Pray for peace in our nation and around the world.
Psalm 29:11 - "The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace."
24. Welfare of Our Nation
- Pray for the welfare and prosperity of our nation.
Jeremiah 29:7 - "Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper."
25. Supernatural Knowledge and Revelation
- Pray for supernatural knowledge and divine revelation. Ask for spiritual eyes, ears, and hearts to comprehend God’s plans for us.
1 Corinthians 2:10 - "These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God."
26. God’s Favor and Compassion
- Pray for God’s favor, goodness, mercy, and compassion in this season.
Exodus 33:19 - "And the Lord said, 'I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the Lord
