During the fasting hours (12:00 midnight to 12:00 noon),
spend intentional time in:

Praise & Worship — Create an atmosphere of thanksgiving
and surrender
Study of the Word — Feed your spirit with truth and
revelation

HOW TO BREAK THE FAST EACH DAY (AT NOON)
- Begin with water or herbal tea.
- Eat fresh fruit first to gently wake the digestive system.
- Follow with raw vegetables or a light salad.
- Avoid heavy meals, meats, fried foods, or sweets until after 3:00 pm.
