 OUR GLOBAL PRAYER POINTS


  1. Pray for the upcoming school year and the students who are returning to school, college, and university. May they be blessed with wisdom and knowledge.

  2. Pray against the spirit of injustice that plagues our nation, particularly concerning black and brown people. May equality and fairness prevail.

  3. Lift up our local churches and their leaders in prayer. May they be guided by God's wisdom and strength to shepherd their congregations.

  4. Pray for peace in Ukraine and an end to the ongoing war. Let harmony and reconciliation replace violence and conflict.

  5. Intercede for the Virgin Islands in the Caribbean, praying for a spiritual revival and an outpouring of salvation for its inhabitants.

  6. Lift up our church members and families, praying for their salvation and spiritual growth within their households.

  7. Seek God's presence for revival, refreshing, restoration, and unity in our land and nation. May His  Spirit transform lives and heal divisions.

  8. Pray for the health and healing of ministry leaders and the lay leadership within the body of Christ.

  9. Ask for spiritual and numerical growth in Global Life Church and our local churches. May God's presence draw more people to Him.

  10. Specifically, pray for the success of Global Life Church in St. Thomas, as they reach out to their community.

  11. Pray for financial abundance and development within the church. May God provide for all their needs and empower them to bless others.

  12. Stand against the spirit of apathy in the church and throughout our land and nation. May passion and zeal for God be rekindled in the hearts of His people.

  13. Pray against the spirit of lawlessness that plagues our land and nation, bringing an end to senseless violence and unrest.

  14. Stand against the demonic spirit that promotes homicide in our land. Pray for its defeat and the establishment of peace.

  15. Intercede against demonic altars hindering the spread of the gospel in the islands and our nation. May these strongholds be broken.

  16. Cry out to God for rain in the midst of spiritual, natural, and physical droughts. Pray for a refreshing and replenishment in every area.

  17. Lift up persecuted Christians worldwide, praying for their safety, strength, and perseverance in the face of adversity.

  18. Pray against the enslavement of individuals through sex trafficking and slave trafficking in our region and nation. May liberation and justice prevail.

  19. Cry out for an awakening and youth revival. Ask God to raise up spiritual leaders who will guide and nurture the youth during this time of refreshing.

  20. Pray for a transformative worship experience, a deep hunger for God, and His presence to saturate Global Life Church during their Sunday services.

  21. Lift up our government leaders, including the governor, lieutenant- governor,  senators, and local and national officials. Pray for wisdom and righteous governance.

  22. Pray for the United States of America, its President, and Vice President. May God grant them wisdom and guide their decisions.

  23. Stand against mass killings in our Caribbean region and the United States of America. Pray for an end to violence and the protection of lives.

  24. Pray against a lack of commitment in the body of Christ and specifically address it within Global Life Church. May dedication and passion abound.

  25. Pray against the spirit that causes individuals to lose hope and abort God's purposes for their lives. May a renewed sense of purpose and destiny emerge.

  26. Intercede against afflictions affecting men and women of God in the five-fold ministry. Pray for their healing and restoration.

  27. Ask God to raise up men and women in America who despise injustice and fight for the freedom of the oppressed. Amos 5:24 “But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!” 

  1. Pray against injustice in our justice system.

  2. Pray against injustice in our healthy system.

  3. Pray against injustice in our educational system.

  4. Pray against injustice on our roads with encounters with rogue police persons.

  5. Pray against injustice in our electoral system

  6. Injustice in the electoral system, particularly in redistricting, has historically been a significant concern for Black communities and other minority groups

This practice, often referred to as "gerrymandering," involves manipulating the boundaries of electoral districts to favor one political party or group over another. 

  1. Stand against the spirit of confusion infiltrating the body of Christ. Pray for clarity, discernment, and unity among believers.

  2. Pray for the restoration of backsliders within the church. Call their names out before God, asking for their return to faith.

  3. Lift up your unsaved family, friends, colleagues, and coworkers, praying for their salvation and the transformation of their households.

  4. Pray for a mighty flame of revival to ignite in the Earth, spreading like wildfire throughout our churches and communities.

  5. Cry out for righteousness to prevail in America, the Virgin Islands, and the Caribbean region. May God's standards guide our actions.

  6. Pray for revival and awakening in every state of the United States, including every legislative house and the White House. Let revival fall upon them.

  7. Pray for health and healing in America, both physically and emotionally. Ask God to restore joy and gladness to the body of Christ.

  8. Lift up the United States Supreme Court and its nine chief justices. Pray for their hearts to be inclined toward justice and fairness in passing laws.

  9. Pray for our CCM partners, churches, and pastors. Ask God to bless their ministries and empower them to impact lives.

  10. Specifically, pray for Global Life Church's ministry leaders and all those who serve within the church, from the pulpit to the door.

  11. Lift up the youth in our community, praying for their spiritual growth, guidance, and protection.

  12. Pray for essential workers, including our army, navy, air force, police officers, nurses, doctors, teachers,  TSA Workers, fire personnel and others. Ask for their safety and well-being.

  13. Pray for healing and deliverance for those participating in the online prayer session. May they experience God's transformative power.

  14. Lift up the issue of high gas prices, asking for a significant decrease in costs.

  15. Pray for our utility bill (WAPA), specifically asking for a drastic reduction in rates. Pray for equitable and just management of these services.

  16. Intercede for the GERS system (Government Employees' Retirement System), asking for support and increase for retirees.

  17. Pray for a weekend free from emergencies, accidents, and calamities. Ask God to protect our homes, communities, and workplaces.

  18. Extend your prayers to the three Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John) and our neighbors in the British Virgin Islands. May God bless and keep them. Revival stability in family and government.

  19. Pray for a visitation from the Lord(Hos.9:7) 

  20. Pray for the Promised Outpouring of God's Spirit upon all flesh.(Isa.59:21)

  21. Pray for the Discerning of Times and Spirits (Ecc.8:5) 

  22. Pray for the deliverance of God’s People everywhere. (Joel 2:32)

  23. Ask the Lord, on the behalf of “the church ” for sending “the former and the latter rain”. (Zech.10:1)

  24. Pray for the release of the Finances  for God’s People. 

  25. Pray and come against the spirit of violence.  Confess “I cut the acts of violence out of the hands of the wicked.” Isaiah 59:6

  26. Confess: “let the assemblies of violent men be exposed and cut off. Ps. 86:14

  27. Confess: “ I bind and rebuke all spirits of hatred and murder that would manifest through terrorism in the name and the blood ofJesus..”

  28. Confess: “Let every yoke of poverty be destroyed in the name of Jesus.”

  29. Confess:” Let every wicked caldron in my city be broken in the name of Jesus.

  30. Pray for those incarcerated in prison that reformation and change will occur in their lives and they will come to know Jesus. 

  31. Intercede for families in our community, praying for restoration, reconciliation, and a strengthening of family bonds. May God's love and grace abound in every household.

  32. Lift up the elderly and vulnerable members of society. Pray for their health, safety, and emotional well-being. Ask God to surround them with caring individuals who will support and uplift them.

  33. Pray for an end to drug abuse and addiction in our region and nation. Ask God to break the chains of addiction and provide effective support and rehabilitation programs.

  34. Intercede for the leaders and decision-makers in the Caribbean and the United States, that they may seek God's wisdom in their governance and pursue policies that promote justice, equity, and the common good.

  35. Pray for an end to human trafficking, both in the Caribbean and globally. Ask God to expose and dismantle networks involved in this heinous crime and to bring rescue and restoration to victims.

  36. Lift up the media, entertainment, and arts industries, praying that they may reflect godly values and inspire positive change in society.

  37. Pray for the eradication of infectious diseases and the availability of adequate healthcare for all, especially in underprivileged areas.

  38. Intercede for unity and understanding among diverse ethnicities, cultures, and religious groups in the Caribbean and the United States. Pray for reconciliation and a breaking down of barriers that divide communities.

  39. Pray for those struggling with mental health issues, that they may find comfort, healing, and support. Ask God to raise up counselors, therapists, and mental health professionals to provide effective care.

  40. Lift up missionaries and evangelists working in the Caribbean and the United States, praying for protection, provision, and anointing as they share the Gospel.

  41. Pray for the eradication of corruption and dishonest practices in all areas of society, including politics, businesses, and institutions.

  42. Intercede for the youth in our communities, asking God to protect them from negative influences and guide them towards paths of purpose and fulfillment.

  43. Pray for the strengthening of marriages and relationships, so that couples may experience love, forgiveness, unity, and God's presence in their homes.

  44. Lift up the education system, praying for quality education, competent teachers, and a safe learning environment for both the  students and teachers. b.Pray for the eradication of poverty and the provision of basic needs for those who are struggling financially.

  45. Intercede for the eradication of gang violence and the establishment of peaceful neighborhoods and communities.

  46. Pray for the eradication of racism, discrimination, and prejudice in our society, asking God to foster a culture of acceptance, love, and respect for all people.

  47. Pray for an end to political polarization and division in our nation and across the world. Ask God to heal the wounds of divisiveness and guide leaders and citizens towards productive dialogue and cooperation.

  48. Intercede for the homeless and those who are struggling with housing insecurity. Pray for shelters, resources, and compassionate support to be available to them, helping them find stability and hope.

  49. Pray for the empowerment of women and the dismantling of gender inequality and violence against women. Ask God to raise up champions who advocate for the rights and dignity of women in all spheres of life.

  50. Lift up the technological advancements and innovations in our world. Pray that these advancements will be used for good, benefiting humanity and promoting connectivity, rather than causing harm or isolation.

  51. Pray for the strengthening of families, that parents may be equipped to raise their children with love, discipline, and godly values. Pray for healthy parent-child relationships that build a foundation for the future.

  52. Intercede for those suffering from addiction to substances, technology, or harmful behaviors. Pray for effective rehabilitation programs and a strong support system to help them break free from the cycle of addiction.

  53. Pray for unity and understanding among different faith communities, that religious diversity may be a source of enrichment rather than division. Ask God to promote interfaith dialogue and cooperation for the betterment of society.

  54. Lift up those who are grieving the loss of loved ones. Pray for comfort, healing, and the assurance of God's presence during times of sorrow.

  55. Pray for the eradication of systemic poverty and for economic systems that prioritize fairness, equitable distribution of resources, and opportunities for all individuals, regardless of their background.

As we conclude our morning prayer, let us continue to seek God's guidance, mercy, and blessings upon our community, nation, and the world.
